Good-bye 2015, Welcome 2016!

Hiya!
How's it going, everyone? How did your 2015 go? Mine was full of laziness, freelance visual effects work, and moving to a different country. While I didn't get what I wanted to do done, I did make progress. I wrote, learned at conferences and conventions, and mostly wrote some more. Not much art.
That will change, though! It's a new year, and a new life for me! (Yeah... I know, I say that every year.) So here are my resolutions and goals for 2016!
A little update on the status on F&F for those interested:
I have the entire story outlined except for the final few volumes. I know the final climax, and the antagonist's goals and motivations, but I'm not sure what all needs to go in the final act of the story. I'll get it soon, though. The script for volume one is completed. It contains three chapters and 139 comic pages. One chapter of volume two is also written. I'm designing characters and the webpage. I plan on auditioning for Hiveworks come May, so F&F will start sometime before that. I don't have an exact date yet, but I will come up with one here soon.

If you want to see concept art and WIP stuff for Fur & Fangs and stay better up to date, I have started posting images and updates on my Patreon! For $1 (US) a month you get to see the patron exclusive feed which has WIPS, concept doodles, and (potentially) spoilers. Higher subscription payments get you more and better content, which will be more readily available as the time for the comic approaches, including the ability to see pages early and at higher resolutions than others. I'm still working on what all the patron rewards should be. If you have any ideas, feel free to pipe up and tell me what you'd be willing to pay for.

How's it going, everyone? How did your 2015 go? Mine was full of laziness, freelance visual effects work, and moving to a different country. While I didn't get what I wanted to do done, I did make progress. I wrote, learned at conferences and conventions, and mostly wrote some more. Not much art.
That will change, though! It's a new year, and a new life for me! (Yeah... I know, I say that every year.) So here are my resolutions and goals for 2016!
The important resolutions:
1. Art every day.
2. Draw every day.
3. Social media/blog every day.
Then there are some others to help me accomplish those and all around be more productive, like limiting how much I spend watching TV (*cough* anime *cough*) and gaming (Yay Guildwars 2!).
The Goals:
1. Start posting pages for my web comic Fur & Fangs!
2. Finish the outline for F&F.
3. Finish the script for F&F.
4. Audition for Hiveworks with F&F!
5. Start the next drafts on Mythics & Chook’s story.
6. Make stuff to sell.

Yup. The last two months have been a crazy whirlwind of packing, crossing national borders, finding a place to live, deciding that place was a bad place, finding another place to live, moving in, unpacking, doing all the paperwork, and I'm still unpacking. Moving is hard work, and there's still way too much to do!
I'm trying to get back on top of internet stuff, though, and writing and drawing. For NaNoWriMo I'm focusing on finishing the script for Fur & Fangs Volume one so we can move uninterrupted through that story when I finally do get to posting comic pages. It will be soon, I promise.
I have drawn and inked some more things, so I think I'll share them with you. This year has been slow for art so far. That should be changing.

Hi everyone!
This summer has been crazier than I hoped, so I haven't gotten much art done, but I have been writing! And world building! Fur & Fangs has a much more developed concept now, more history, better creatures, and chapter one is almost done with revision. I's also working on a new website design for the comic.
I have also started a Patreon!
If you'd like to support me that way, please check it out! I haven't done too much with it yet, but it will be growing very soon. I'm almost done with the Visual Effects freelancing gig, so soon I will be free to comic and art all the days!

Hi everyone!
So, I've been less active this year despite my goals to be more active. Go figure. However, I have been productive! I've been steadily working away at my novel despite how I chose to take a break from work and played a lot of games for a bit instead of arting. Then in late March I took up a two week freelance visual effects gig that turned into two months. That ate up all my time. But now I'm done! However, some good productive things happened while I worked that job. I had dedicated time to write while I rode the train back and forth to work, so I roughed out the first two chapters of Fur & Fangs! They're SO much better than my previous version. I'm super excited to edit them and turn them into comic pages, which I will start to do this weekend. Well, the editing part. I will also start playing around with doodles to see if I can come up with a different art style for the comic or if I want to keep it the same.
Also, this weekend I will be attending CONduit in Salt Lake City as a spectator. If you happen to be there and see me, please say hello!

Hi everyone!
Sorry for the lack of activity in 2014. Life was life. Work kept me busy. However, I got my husband a job at my same work, then took a break, and now they don't have work for me, so I'm free! Free to art and write and live my dream life! Woo-hoo! That doesn't mean I won't be busy, though. It means I'll have to work hard and learn some self-discipline... I really stink at it. Like, really stink. I need to treat my passions as a full-time job, whereas before I poked at them as hobbies between things. It means getting up on time and sticking to a self-imposed schedule. That's an intimidating idea to me. Any ideas on how to help me stick to it? I'd love ideas and help.
So, anyways, this means big things for 2015! Like bringing Fur & Fangs back from its coma, and opening an online store, painting, sewing, drawing, and major world building and planning and writing on my novels!
Oh, yeah, and my premium membership died... sad. If anyone would like to fund me a new one, I'd appreciate it and make you pretty arts.
Here's to a fantastically productive new year!
