'A' is for Ampivera

I did a small series of these in my Advanced Printmaking class this past semester, a bestiary series of mythical beasts. The original block was about 8x9", and this one I carved partially with wood carving tools, mainly a v-gouge and a u-gouge, and then the big empty space I did with a dremel. This is the first block I carved, so it looks the worst. The color is prismacolor markers.
I have only done 12 of the letters so far, but I do intend to finish off the alphabet someday.
