So, yesterday I showed up to my digital painting class expecting to work on my homework, but to my surprise we were doing still life studies of red, shiny, christmas ornaments. It was actually kind of fun once I started getting it figured out. It's far from perfect, but hey, it kind of looks like a shiny red ball with my reflection in it. =P I'd like to do more of them.

Painted from life in Photoshop CS4. Time taken was about one hour.

Will be moved to scraps later.

Just keep practicing! I bet in eight years you could even be better than I am now. :) I couldn't draw like this when I was fifteen.
